 Sparkling Snowballs.

1.      Bake a white cake.

2.      Once the cake is cool, crumble it into a large bowl.

3.      Add one can of vanilla frosting to the bowl and stir till both are mixed together. Place the mixture in the freezer for 1 hour.

4.      Roll the cake dough into 1 inch balls and place on wax paper. Freeze overnight.

5.      Melt 2 cups of white chocolate chips in the microwave.

6.      Using a spoon, drizzle the white chocolate on top and decorate with white sparkling sugar or sprinkles.
