DIY Oatmeal Scrub.

Hey everyone!
Today's post is another DIY scrub. This is one of my favorite scrubs! Though it is NOT the prettiest, it makes my skin feel AMAZING! ;-)

You will need;
1 1/4 cup of ground oats ( just like what you use for oatmeal, I crushed them in our blender)
2 tablespoons of table salt
2 tablespoons of epsom salt
1/4 cup of olive oil or jojoba oil
(this is how much I needed to fill an old peanut butter jar, you can easily double this recipe if you need to)
I recommend using this only as a body scrub, because it might be too rough for the skin on your face.

First crush your oats.

You don't want them too fine, they should be about this texture

Next take two tablespoons of table salt. And then two tablespoons of epsom salt.

Take 1/4 cup of olive oil or jojoba oil.

.
Here's how it looks before I stirred and shook it.

And this is the finished scrub! (Isn't it gorgeous!? (sarcasm)) ;-)

Hope you guys like it! Let me know in the comments if you try it, and how you liked it!

Talk to you guys later!

Mary
